[ Star Wars Connections ]

While recounting the triumphs of the Skywalkers, Threepio and Artoo turn their attentions to the notorious bounty hunter, Boba Fett, as part of the new Star Wars: Connections introductions to the broadcasts of the Star Wars films on FOX.

In this installment of Star Wars: Connections, coupled with The Empire Strikes Back (April 25), C-3PO (Anthony Daniels) and R2-D2 host the newly edited segments. While the droids discuss their adventures with the Rebellion, they eventually turn to the shadowy subject of bounty hunters.

Boba Fett was an instant fan-favorite with his brief appearance in Empire, so much so that his return was inevitable in Jedi, as well as a cameo in the Special Edition of A New Hope. This new introductory segment also looks at Fett's origins, through his equally impressive father Jango. This segment compiles clips from Episodes I, IV, V and VI, and includes early glimpses of next month's Attack of the Clones.

The network broadcasts of Return of the Jedi (May 2) and The Phantom Menace (May 9) both have a similar segment, illustrating the connections that bind the saga together, and give glimpses of the story to come in Episode II.
