"My kids joke we're the family from planet Deleted," says Graeme Blundell, who returns to the Star Wars saga in the role of Ruwee Naberrie, the patriarch of Padmé's loving family. He's referring to the fact that he and the rest of the Naberries were cut from the theatrical release of Episode II, though their scenes can be found as supplemental material in the DVD release of Attack of the Clones.
An accomplished actor, Blundell is an acting veteran of over 50 feature films and hundreds of hours of television and live theater in Australia. He is also an experienced director, founder of theatre companies and contributing writer for periodicals and newspapers. Blundell also has the distinction of having the last costume fitting for Episode III production.
Currently gaining critical acclaim for her breakthrough debut role as Paikea "Pai" Apirana in Whale Rider, Keisha Castle-Hughes joins the cast of Episode III in the role of a regal leader. The Auckland, New Zealand-based actor is 13 years old, and Episode III is her second feature film credit.
