US fans have long lamented the fact that many Star Wars collectibles released abroad -- specifically from Japan and England -- rarely become available to stateside collectors. Well Target stands to make more than a few Star Wars collectors happy today when they unlock the fourth and final set of hidden content at www.target.com/clonewars!
Starting today, visitors will get a peek at some new Star Wars products Target is bringing to US fans from Japan and England, many of which are exclusive! The very cool Vader and Artoo USB hubs, lightsaber flashlights, lamps, and the famed Fine Molds super-detailed model kits are all finally coming to our shores, courtesy of Target (scroll down for images)!
Browsing over to the Target Clone Wars site, visitors can check out previously unlocked content including exclusive wallpapers, "Guide to The Clone Wars" features, early toy sculpts, product sketches, and much more!
In addition to a sneak peek at new products revealed today (which have a street date of December 1), visitors can also unlock a three-minute video profile of Atsushi Takeuchi, director of the upcoming "Lair of Grievous" Clone Wars episode soon to air on Cartoon Network. This video short was previously shown only to the fans attending Celebration Japan, and today marks its exclusive US debut!
