Star Wars: The Clone Wars – Season 3, Episode 22 //
Ahsoka and a group of abducted younglings find themselves trapped on a Trandoshan moon, prey in an elaborate and cruel hunt. The forlorn younglings have lost all hope, despite the best efforts of their spirited leader, Kalifa. Ahsoka rallies them to defend themselves and strike back against the Trandoshan, an effort with deadly consequences.
Long stranded on the jungle moon of Wasskah, Kalifa began to waver from the ideals of the Jedi Order. Though still strong in the Force, she became crippled by fear and despair. She tried to remain strong enough to look over her fellow castaways.
A Twi'lek youngling, Jinx's optimism was chipped away by the harsh realities of survival in the Wasskah jungle. Gifted in the Force, he longed to return to the Jedi Temple but feared he may be forced to spend the rest of his days outrunning deadly Trandoshan hunters.
A Cerean youngling who became a fugitive on the Trandoshan hunters' moon of Wasskah, O-Mer resigned himself to life on the run -- until Ahsoka Tano rallied him and his fellow Jedi to fight back against the cruel hunters. Using his Jedi skills for something other than hiding and fleeing, O-Mer proved instrumental in the attack on the Trandoshan base, and won his way back to freedom.
Ahsoka Tano, a Togruta female, was the Padawan learner to Anakin Skywalker and a hero of the Clone Wars. Alongside Anakin, she grew from headstrong student into a mature leader. But her destiny laid along a different path than the Jedi.
The ferocious leader of a lodge of Trandhoshan hunters, Garnac savored the thrill of stalking prey through the underbrush of Wasskah. He proudly watched as his son, Dar, took up the hunt, but had not counted on the resilience of their Padawan quarry.
Felucia is a world teeming with fungal life-forms and immense primitive plants. Much of the planet has a fetid, humid landscape overgrown by forests of bizarre wilderness. Many of the life-forms on Felucia are partially or completely translucent; they color the sunlight as the beams penetrate their skin. Others are opaque and imposing, like the enormous jungle rancors that roam the landscape. Beneath the hazy canopies of the enormous pitcher plants and leafy growths is a surreal color-drenched expanse. During the Clone Wars, the Jedi attempted to defend Felucia from those who would exploit the planet.
More From Season 3 //
After their ship and only way off the planet is destroyed, Anakin and Obi-Wan must lead the escaped prisoners across Lola Sayu's perilous landscape as Plo Koon commands a task force of four cruisers and their fighters through the Separatist defenses in a daring rescue. Even Piell is ravaged by anooba tracking beasts, but before he dies, he passes on his Nexus Routes coordinates to Ahsoka. When the survivors return to Coruscant, Ahsoka knows half the intel, and refuses to disclose it to anyone but the Jedi Council, while Tarkin refuses to hand over his half to anyone other than the Chancellor.
As Ahsoka and her youngling allies struggle to evade the Trandoshan hunters, their efforts receive an unexpected boost when a new captive -- Chewbacca the Wookiee -- arrives. Chewie scrounges parts from a wrecked Trandoshan slave ship, assembling a communicator to send out a distress signal. Help arrives in the towering, shaggy form of Wookiee warriors led by General Tarfful. Freed from captivity, Ahsoka returns to the Jedi Temple and is reunited with Anakin Skywalker.
