Kashyyyk's native netcasters easily snare intruders in their sticky webs. Their nests stretch across the planet's many towering trees, however, those who do not pose a threat to these scuttling creatures have nothing to fear.

The majestic mylayas are giant creatures that have been domesticated by the Wookiee warriors of Kashyyyk. Trained to carry the towering riders across great expanses of forest, mylayas allow the Wookiees to traverse their native terrain at a faster clip, scouting the dense forests for intruders.

Trandoshan hunter Babwa Venomor cares only for trophies and bragging rights. Working in conjunction with the Empire's clone troopers, he burns through the lush forests of Kashyyyk to force the planet under Imperial rule. But the promise of a Jedi survivor intrigues Babwa, and he will risk everything to make the Wookiee Gungi his prize.

Omega travels the galaxy with her brothers, Clone Force 99, as a formidable member of their squad. Before the Empire came to power, she served as a medical assistant to Nala Se on the clone's homeworld of Kamino, spending her life working in Tipoca City. Omega is herself a product of the Kaminoans cloning experimentation. Although skilled with her energy bow and other weapons, Omega now puts her curious mind and intelligence to use for the good of her found family and their very survival, relying on her strategic thinking and compassion as they eke out a new life for themselves in a changing galaxy.

Once a rare example of a Wookiee in the Jedi Order, Gungi is also among the few to survive Order 66. As a youngling, Gungi was temperamental and expressive. During the time of the Clone Wars, he needed to learn to slow down his impulsive ways to complete the ancient rite of passage known as The Gathering. Once the Empire took hold, Gungi survived in hiding until he was captured by members of the Axis Vanguard. Luckily, Omega and the rest of Clone Force 99 found him and returned Gungi to his homeworld of Kashyyyk.

Kashyyyk is the Wookiee homeworld, covered in dense forest. While Wookiees build their homes in the planet's trees, they are not a primitive species, and Kashyyyk architecture incorporates sophisticated technology. One of the last battles of the Clone Wars was fought here under the leadership of Yoda, with Wookiees and clones battling the Separatist droid army -- until the Emperor issued Order 66, commanding the clones to slaughter all Jedi. Yoda survived, however, with the help of natives Chewbacca and Tarfful, who used a hidden shuttle to evacuate the Jedi Master from the planet. In the aftermath, the brave Jedi Padawan Gungi, a survivor of the Jedi slaughter, was returned to what remained of his homeworld with the help of Clone Force 99.
