A grizzled Tarsunt, Vober Dand serves in the Resistance’s Ground Logistics Division, monitoring operations. He is known as a stickler for detail and proper procedure. During the Resistance’s attack on Starkiller Base, Dand monitored the squadrons’ losses with increasing worry. Dand continued his service to the Resistance after the evacuation of D’Qar.
