Here's a look at some of the new cards completed by Star Wars artist Jamie Snell.
"To be able to work with other artists and see their artistic skills and the variety that you get in a set has been great," Snell says. "It just feels good to say you worked for Topps along with Lucasfilm. Fans will really enjoy this set beacuse it covers the full Star Wars universe including books, games, comics and shows, well beyond the movies, which just made it even more desirable. There are a lot of fans out there that love more than just the movies."
"So seeing their favorite character from the game Knights of the Old Republic just makes it for them," Snell continues. "Seeing the base cards of some awesome and talented veteran artists over the years, and to throw in all the variety of artists and their styles and the characters in the sketch cards, is just another bonus. Plus it's Star Wars. What's not to love?"
Snell draws a plenty of troopers, but it's the mysterious bounty hunter, Boba Fett, he loves to draw the most. "I love armor -- from clones, to stormtroopers, to Mandos," Snell says. "But I would have to say I love drawing Boba Fett best. I just have always loved that character. His costume and helmet alone are just cool! For years it was always the mystery of 'who's under there?'"
Star Wars Galaxy IV are already available primarily in hobby and comic shops.
