    Mykapo

Mykapo was the homeworld of Jun Sato, a commander in the rebellion. As the Empire solidified its hold on the planet, the rebels evacuated sympathetic citizens off the world. The Empire later used Sato’s nephew, a young rebel named Mart Mattin, as bait to draw the commander and his fleet out. While neither were captured, and the rebels disabled an Imperial light cruiser in an impressive display of battlefield creativity, the Empire maintained control of Mykapo.

    Sato's Hammer

Iron Squadron, a trio of young rebels, used Sato’s Hammer – a ship that once belonged to the famed rebel leader, Jun Sato – as their means of transport. The craft was a YT-2400 light freighter, beat-up and without a functioning hyperdrive, but it served them well. The Ghost crew encountered Iron Squadron and the Hammer above Mykapo, where the ship took on and defeated a small Imperial fleet.

    default

    Mart Mattin

Leader of Iron Squadron and captain of Sato’s Hammer, Mart Mattin was a creative, if somewhat reckless, young rebel. When the Empire invaded his homeworld, Mykapo, he initially refused to leave, even though his ship had a broken hyperdrive. Eventually, Mart and Iron Squadron joined forces with the Ghost crew, handing the Empire a defeat and escaping to fight another day. He was reunited with his uncle, the famed Commander Sato, and his friends.

    Jonner Jin

Jonner Jin was the muscle of Iron Squadron, a trio of young rebels from Mykapo. But Jonner’s heart was his real strength, showing unending loyalty to his friends Mart Mattin and Gooti Terez.

    R3-A3

Temperamental and territorial, R3-A3 served the Iron Squadron crew aboard Sato’s Hammer. The astromech droid maintained the ship, and while initially bristling at help from the Ghost, came to form a strong duo with Chopper. The two worked together to restore the Hammer’s hyperdrive, and later removed a magno-mine from the ship’s hull.

  • Ezra Bridger

    Ezra Bridger

One of the few to be trained as a Jedi after the fall of the Republic, Ezra Bridger grew up an orphan on the streets of Lothal during the age of the Empire. Although he had learned to be wary of strangers, his introduction to the Ghost crew, a small band of rebels fighting back against the Imperial regime, changed his outlook and his future. Training in the ways of the Force under the mentorship of Kanan Jarrus, Ezra became a Jedi Padawan and a part of the emerging rebellion. He also grew close to Hera Syndulla, Zeb, Chopper, and Sabine Wren, who was like a sister in his new found family. After several years together, Bridger vanished during the Battle of Lothal, disappearing into parts unknown in a hyperspace jump that pulled Ezra and Grand Admiral Thrawn into deep space.
