The Neimodian Mar Tuuk was a brilliant military strategist who hailed from planet Neimoidia. Tuuk was Captain of a droid control ship in the Separatist Fleet and oversaw the blockade of Ryloth during the Clone Wars. He matched wits against Jedi General Anakin Skywalker and was outmatched enough that he was forced to abandon his ship.
