A proud world with a rich warrior culture, Mandalore is home to various clans united under Bo-Katan Kryze, wielder of the Darksaber.

The leader of Mandalore during the Clone Wars, Duchess Satine of Kalevala was a controversial figure. She longed to move Mandalore beyond its violent past and instituted a government that valued pacifism. Though Mandalore did begin to rebuild under her guidance, the dark shadow of the Clone Wars made the Duchess' goals difficult to achieve.

Clan Kryze is a faction of Mandalorian warriors under the leadership of Bo-Katan Kryze. After the Empire's occupation of Mandalore, Bo-Katan led the clan in the hopes of resisting Imperial rule and restoring her homeworld.

Clan Wren is among the most storied of Mandalorian warrior families. Part of House Vizsla, Clan Wren aligned with the Empire and Gar Saxon under duress. The clan broke ties with the Empire, however, following a reconciliation between leader Ursa Wren and her daughter Sabine. Now, Clan Wren stands with Bo-Katan, leader of Mandalore.

Clan Saxon is a Mandalorian faction that has pledged loyalty to the Empire. Under the rule of both Gar Saxon and his successor, Governor Tiber Saxon, they battle rebels and Mandalorians alike in their quest to maintain power on their homeworld.

A deadly, agile Sith Lord trained by the evil Darth Sidious, Darth Maul was a formidable warrior and scheming mastermind. He wielded an intimidating double-bladed lightsaber and fought with a menacing ferocity. Though he fell in battle against Obi-Wan Kenobi, the Zabrak from Dathomir would prove to be much harder to destroy than originally believed.
