After the fall of the Republic, one of the Techno Union's ipsium mines on Ipsidon was reclaimed as "Mokkotown." Named for the nefarious gang boss who took over, Mokko runs the lucrative ipsium refinery with a gang of scrumrats eager to do his bidding in exchange for little more than praise and food rations.
