Before enrolling in the Imperial Academy, Zare Leonis watched as ITTs rounded up farmers protesting Imperial policies. When an ITT pursued a speeder carrying insurgents, Zare damaged the Imperial vehicle with a detonator, then fled aboard a jumpspeeder.
