Cinta Kaz joined forces with Luthen Rael’s team of rebels after her family was killed by stormtroopers. She was among the rebel cell sent to the Imperial base on Aldhani to steal their payroll. Working with Vel Sartha, Lt. Gorn, Taramyn Barcona, Arvel Skeen, Karis Nemik, and Cassian Andor (using the alias Clem), Cinta helped infiltrate an Imperial base entrance with Vel, whom she had a romantic relationship with, after months of prep work.

While Vel and other members of the rebel team accessed the vault, Cinta kept the Imperial commander’s family at gunpoint. She later escaped, dressed in Imperial attire, during the astrological event known as the Eye streaked across the Aldhani sky.

Cinta was later sent to Ferrix to find and eliminate Cassian Andor, who was considered a loose end that could endanger Luthen and his rebel network. While there, Cinta witnessed the local civilians riot against the occupying Imperial forces.

A true believer in the rebel cause, Cinta was known as a fearless warrior, willing to do whatever it took to chip away at the Empire’s power. At the Chandrilan wedding of Mon Mothma’s daughter, Luthen Rael sent for Cinta to go undercover as Tay Kolma’s shuttle driver to eliminate Kolma after he showed himself to be a security risk to both Mothma and Rael.

Cinta and Vel later reunited on Ghorman, where they led a team from the Ghorman Front in a mission to hijack and steal illegal Imperial shipments of weapons. During the mission a stray blast from Ghorman Front member Samm hit Cinta and killed her.
