The native denizens of Aldhani, known as Dhani, live in harmony with their world as farmers and shepherds who pay tribute to natural wonders far beyond their understanding. Every three years, Dhani pilgrims trek from their distant lowlands to the Nasma Brani, a sacred temple, to worship during the Eye, a sacred celestial event. Unfortunately, the Nasma Brani is located in a valley close to an Imperial outpost, and the Empire has already begun calculated means of deterring this journey.
