Deserter clone trooper Cut Lawquane and his family first appeared in the Season 2 episode of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, "The Deserter." The episode established Cut's reasons for leaving the Republic Army, challenging the notion that war and unflinchng loyalty are the only paths for the clones.

The planet Saleucami first appeared in Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith as part of the epic Order 66 montage. In that scene, we see Jedi Stass Allie killed by her formerly-loyal clone trooper wingmen.
