An active rebel during the age of the Empire, Ryder Azadi returns to his post as governor of Lothal after the New Republic comes to power. When the Empire came to his planet, he stood against Imperial tyranny with Ezra Bridger’s family, and was accused of treason for doing so. He was later freed from an Imperial prison by the Bridgers and returned to Lothal, living in the city outskirts.

The father of rebel Ezra, Ephraim Bridger refused to bow to the Empire. He and his wife, Mira, were among the few on Lothal who stood up to Imperial occupation, and they were arrested for their efforts — leading to years away from their child. Even in custody, however, Ephraim and Mira would not surrender their freedom. Inspired by a galvanizing broadcast by their son, they led a revolt in an Imperial prison, sacrificing themselves to save others.

Mira Bridger lived on Lothal, a peaceful world, with her husband Ephraim and son Ezra…until the age of the Empire. Along with her husband, she would not bow to their tyranny. The Empire arrested the Bridgers, leaving Mira’s son an orphan and separating the family for years. Sadly, they would never reunite; she and Ephraim died leading a jailbreak, giving up their own lives to free their fellow prisoners.

The Liberator was an Alderaanian crusier and the command ship of Sato, leader of the rebel fleet. It was nearly caught in the tractor beam of a Star Destroyer during a surprise attack from the Empire, but some last-minute heroics from the Ghost crew freed the Liberator, allowing it to make the jump to lightspeed and escape.

Taylander shuttle is a model of civilian craft found throughout the galaxy, from the bustling cargo lanes streaming towards Coruscant to the dusty docking bays on Tatooine. The early rebellion used the innocuous craft as a transport ship during undercover operations.

A breed of feline native to Lothal and often found in the grassy plains of the Outer Rim planet, Loth-cats are small, temperamental animals. While at times they can be friendly — and indeed, make affectionate pets when domesticated — Loth-cats are able hunters with sharp teeth and claws.
