As the de facto head of security at Zorby's Western Shiplot on Ferrix, the scruffy and surly Pegla protects docked ships with a team of trained Corellian junkyard hounds. Together, they keep unwanted trespassers out, though Pegla himself occasionally looks the other way when Cassian Andor sneaks into the lot.
