Utilizing the cloning technology stolen from Kamino, Hemlock oversees ghastly experimentation on clone prisoners and a small group of children kept in a secret vault, as well as other top-secret initiatives known only to high-ranking Imperials.

Deep in the heart of Mount Tantiss, behind several layers of security, the most vital test subjects for Project Necromancer live imprisoned in the vault. Under constant observation, the children kept within these windowless cells are essential to Emperor Palpatine’s plans.

A young Mirialan with a high M-count, Jax is one of several test subjects kept imprisoned on Mount Tantiss as part of the Empire’s Project Necromancer. Officially classified as SP-32, he is desperate to escape from his windowless confines, no matter the consequences.

The Empire calls her SP-54, but she answers to the name Eva. The shy and soft-spoken Iktotchi is among the prisoners housed in the vault on Mount Tantiss, subjected to Imperial experimentation. Like the other children there, Eva dreams of the day she can finally go home.

Royce Hemlock once served the Galactic Republic, but his penchant for experimentation eschewed the ideals of that democracy. After the rise of the Empire, Doctor Hemlock enjoys a new title as head of the Advanced Science Division wielding the power to control secret medical trials in cloning technology at the Mount Tantiss facility on Wayland. Working on secret projects of great interest to the Emperor himself, Hemlock has amassed a veritable army of clone prisoners, unwilling subjects for his invasive procedures.
