The Grand Republic Medical Facility is the same towering structure seen at the end of Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith where Darth Vader is reconstructed in his cybernetic form. Though the room where Fives is examined is similar to the one where Vader is operated on, it is a different room that is more of an operating theater with observation seats along the walls.
