  • Tech, Omega, and Echo freefall through the skies of Serenno in a shipping container headed for the planet's surface, while Hunter and Wrecker make their way to the hangar of Castle Serenno, once Count Dooku's ancestral home.

  • The shipping container makes landfall, but without the ability to control their landing the shipment ends up precariously perched on the edge of a cliff. "We haven't fully landed yet!" Echo observes as the container's weight shifts, plummeting to a lower outcropping. Tech's leg is crushed in the process, forcing Omega to leave behind the valuables they came for while she and her brothers find cover.

  • The Empire's clone forces close in. Realizing their communications are being monitored, the Batch invoke Plan Double Zero, radio silence between the split teams.

  • In the woods, Omega realizes they're being followed. Luckily, it's not a clone trooper on their tail, just a native of Serenno, Romar Adell. After a tense standoff, he's reluctant to help the Batch, but Tech's readouts give them an edge and ultimately leads them to Adell's home.

  • Meanwhile, the Empire is closing in on Hunter and Wrecker when they spy some abandoned Separatist tanks. That gives Wrecker an idea.

  • At Romar's house, the Batch begin to understand the gravity of the situation on Serenno. Like other denizens forced to flee the Empire's destruction in the aftermath of the war, Adell survived in a makeshift shelter in the woods. Omega's mind remains on the war chest, but Echo reminds her that her new mission is to keep an eye on their host.

  • In the junkyard, Wrecker and Hunter find that the Separatist tanks are powerless. But the enemy has noticed their activity.

  • Omega keeps watch over Romar. When he gives her a toy to help her pass the time — a light-reflecting device that makes a kaleidoscope of jewels appear before her eyes — it becomes clear that she's more of a soldier than a child now, obsessed with treasure instead of the joy of playthings.

  • While Echo checks for patrols and Tech helps Romar repair a model 2 datacore, Omega sneaks out undetected with Adell's rappelling cable.

  • Elsewhere on the planet, Hunter and Wrecker find a working battery pack to fire up an old battle tank cannon, taking aim at the incoming air support of a V-wing fighter to clear a path to the Marauder.

  • Echo rushes back to the container where he finds Omega gleefully hoisting a bag full of plundered treasure. "Did you not hear that blaster fire?" he asks her, exasperated. "There are troopers out there. We have to go!"

  • Tech limps toward his friends, diverting the clone troopers away from Omega and Echo to buy them time to escape from the container, the rappelling cable severed. Meanwhile, Hunter and Wrecker power up the ship and fly to the rescue.

  • In the darkness, Tech singlehandedly subdues the clone troopers, skillfully eliminating the enemy troopers one by one.

  • Inside the container, the floor shifts beneath Omega and Echo, and the newest member of Clone Force 99 drops her coveted riches. "Omega, forget about the war chest," Echo yells. "You have to let it go." With only moments to spare, they jump through a hatch and leap off the container, grabbing the side of a ravine wall as the shipment plummets to the ground far below, finally completing its landing.

  • Tech awakens to find Romar shouting for him. "I heard blaster fire. Thought you might need some help," the older man says. In the dark they see an attack shuttle approaching their position and prepare to defend themselves. While Romar retrieves the cable, attached to a speeder bike, to toss down to Echo and Omega, Tech fires off a cannon blast.

  • Just in time, the Marauder appears over the horizon to pick up the three friends. As they depart, Omega apologizes. "I know you all gave up everything because of me," she says. "Good thing we did or we might be fighting for the Empire right now. Or worse," Echo replies.

  • Back in the courtyard of Castle Serenno, Vice Admiral Rampart meets with Captain Wilco. Rampart is displeased with "inaccuracies" in the trooper's report. "You stated the would-be thieves you encountered were the rogue clones from experimental unit 99, yet that is impossible. Their squad perished during the fall of Tipoca City," Rampart admonishes. The two are at an impasse. Wilco refuses to falsify a report to the Empire, and Rampart will not allow the discrepancy. A blaster shot rings out to settle the dispute.
