Audio Recording of 1977 Star Wars Audience

For those born in the middle or after the release of the original trilogy, it’s essentially impossible to know what it was like to be in the theater watching Star Wars during its original run. Vanity Fair‘s Star Wars: The Force Awakens Photos

First there was the cover. Then there was Kylo Ren unmasked. Then there was Captain Phasma. Vanity Fair‘s next issue features a Star Wars: The Force Awakens blowout with cast photos by Annie Leibovitz, and sneak peek images were released in celebration of Star Wars Day. They’re beautiful, and help to form more of the Force Awakens puzzle. The magazine also released an excerpt from an interview with director J.J. Abrams, in which he discusses sneaking references into the film, showing John Williams footage from the movie, and more.
