Japan's Inner Brain company released an elaborate Millennium Falcon paper model kit a few years ago, a set which included a stack of flat cut-out part sheets (not perforated, mind you -- you literally had to cut hundreds of parts out with scissors) and a CD-ROM and instruction book to put it all together. The result is stunning, but would probably cost its builder more than a few paper cuts.
