StarWars.com’s tournament to decide the galaxy’s most popular Star Wars character kicked off on Monday! On the Light Side, Han Solo, Obi-Wan, Luke Skywalker, and Yoda have advanced to the next round, and Darth Vader, Darth Maul, Jabba the Hutt, and Cad Bane have been victorious on the Dark Side. RETURN OF THE JEDI SCREENING ON MAY THE 4TH
Entertainment Weekly will be hosting a special 30th anniversary screening of Return of the Jedi on May 4 as part of its CapeTown Film Festival! The screening will take place at the Egyptian Theatre, the same theater where it premiered in May 1983.
CELEBRATION EUROPE NEWS
Four Fetts are coming to Celebration Europe! Fans will have the chance to meet four actors who brought the iconic bounty hunter to life: Jeremy Bulloch (The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi), Daniel Logan (Attack of the Clones, The Clone Wars), Dickey Beer (stunts in Return of the Jedi), and John Morton (Cloud City scenes in The Empire Strikes Back).
A screening of Star Warriors, a documentary of the costumed Star Wars fans who marched in the 2007 Tournament of Roses Parade, is also now confirmed, and Lucasfilm’s Leland Chee is set to attend, as well.
