Ever since we first laid eyes upon it, the Millennium Falcon has captivated us and filled fans' hearts with one desire -- to take the controls and become Han Solo himself. Flying the Millennium Falcon as it navigates an asteroid field or jumping into a gunner's seat and taking down TIE fighters... all of it draws us into the fantasy.
Luckily, thanks to video games, that reality gets closer and closer to us with each passing year, and along the way we get to try our hand at the latest iteration of flying the ship. Dusting off some of our favorite classics, we uncover the Falcon (or a close proxy thereof) in a memorable level of fast-flying action. Or, what passed for such at the time of the game's release.
In retrospect, a less-than-thrilling turret gun reenactment from the very first Nintendo Star Wars game. But, hey, it was 1991.
