Next month,
Galaxy at War, the latest expansion to the popular
Star Wars Miniatures line from
Wizards of the Coast arrives on store shelves. This series presents a collection of military-minded heroes and villains, including 16 new characters from
The Clone Wars animated series. These are rendered not in their traditional animated stylized look, but rather in the look of the rest of the miniatures line. The set consists of 40 pre-painted plastic miniatures suitable for tabletop skirmish play, roleplaying accessories, or simply collecting and display. These are due out on October 27 and will be available in randomly packaged booster packs of seven minis each.
Here's a sampling of the Republic forces: well trained clone troopers including Captain Rex, an ARF trooper, a trooper equipped with a night vision visor, and a clone sergeant.
