This month,
Jedi Academy -- the latest expansion to the popular
Star Wars Miniatures line from
Wizards of the Coast -- arrives on store shelves. This series draws upon the lore of the entire saga, across multiple eras, presenting a variety of Force-users and their sworn enemies. The set consists of 40 pre-painted plastic miniatures suitable for tabletop skirmish play, roleplaying accessories, or simply collecting and displaying. These are due out on June 30, 2009 and will be available in randomly packaged booster packs of seven minis each.
Here's a sampling of powerful Force masters: Yoda, perhaps the wisest of the Jedi order during the dark final days of the Republic, and the even Sith mastermind of ancient days, Naga Sadow.
