Ronto

Here is a look at the original Mos Eisley. Note especially the barren street scene. A location photo of the "dressed" outdoor set in Tunisia for the outskirts of Mos Eisley from Star Wars gives the impression that the spaceport is practically a ghost town.

Here is a wire frame model of the ronto added to the Mos Eisley scene.

In the completed shot you can now see the comic element of a swoop bike scaring the ronto. Spaceport speed limit? The swoop bike rider hasn't heard of common courtesy as he is about to cut off and spook a ronto, with disastrous consequences for the two Jawa riders.
