The latest issue of the Star Wars Das Offizielle Magazin, the official magazine of the German Star Wars Fan Club, is already on its way to subscribers and will soon appear on German newsstands.

Issue #39 takes a look at the German premiere of Episode III, and features a new section, "Force Vision," which lets fans in on the future of the Star Wars adventure. This issue also has an article dedicated to the starships of Episode III, an interview with Natalie Portman, and presents the "League of Spies" short story by Aaron Allston. For Fan Club members, there's the supplemental Journal of the Whills magazine, which continues a look at Star Wars on home video, includes a guide on how to make a Darth Vader action figure into a stop motion movie star, and spotlights a truly unique Indiana Jones fan film.

October 12 sees the release of the German edition of Vader: The Ultimate Guide.
