On April 15, at the Barbican Art Gallery in London,
Threepio will speak with the Makers.
Anthony Daniels, who played the droid in the
Star Wars films, will be hosting an open conversation with two of the artists responsible for the look and feel of the
Star Wars movies. Concept artist
Iain McCaig and
ILM veteran model-maker
Lorne Peterson will talk about their work, their inspirations, and more. There will be an opportunity for questions from the audience.
The conversation is part of The Art of Star Wars exhibit at the Barbican, which showcases artwork, models, props and costumes from the four Star Wars films. The Art of Star Wars runs from April 13 to September 3, 2000.
