Star Wars Weekends are almost here, and starting next month the power of the Force and the magic of Disney will once again combine for five weekends of
Star Wars fun at the Disney-MGM Studios.
In addition to Star Wars costumed characters, fun activities, and the Star Tours theme park ride, celebrity guests will be in attendance for meet-and-greet sessions, star conversations, and a classic Hollywood-style motorcade.
Here is the list of celebrity guests currently scheduled to attend, however please check back here for future updates to the guest list as it may be subject to change.
May 14, 15 & 16 -- Jeremy Bulloch & Jake Lloyd
Jeremy Bulloch played the legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, while Jake Lloyd took on the role of young Anakin Skywalker in The Phantom Menace.
May 21, 22 & 23 -- Peter Mayhew & Jerome Blake
A fan favorite from the classic trilogy, Peter Mayhew is not stranger to Star Wars Weekends. The towering Peter Mayhew played Chewbacca the Wookiee in the classic trilogy, and will again appear in Episode III. From Episode I comes Jerome Blake. He played numerous alien roles in The Phantom Menace, including the Neimoidian Rune Haako and Mas Amedda, the Vice Chair of the Senate.
May 28, 29 & 30 -- Anthony Daniels & Andy Secombe
Fans know Anthony Daniels for his role as C-3PO throughout the Star Wars saga. In Episode I and II, Andy Secombe provided the gruff voice and memorable performance of Watto, the computer-generated alien junk trader from Tatooine.
June 4, 5 & 6 -- Warwick Davis & Mike Quinn
Warwick Davis was only 11 years old when he played the Ewok hero Wicket in Return of the Jedi. In Episode I, he played multiple roles, including that of Anakin's young friend Wald. Mike Quinn was the puppeteer who operated Nien Nunb, Lando Calrissian's chatty alien co-pilot in Return of the Jedi.
June 11, 12 & 13 -- Daniel Logan & Amy Allen
Daniel Logan, who played the young Boba Fett in Attack of the Clones, will be the special guest for this year's final Star Wars Weekend. Joining him is Amy Allen, who played the role of the striking Jedi Knight Aayla Secura in Episode II, and who will return to the blue Twi'lek makeup for Episode III.
Star Wars Weekends launch into orbit May 14, and are held five consecutive weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) through June 13. Activities are included with regular Disney-MGM Studios admission.
