Important updates on shipping services and the costume pageants to help you make the most of your weekend.

Shipping
The United States Postal ServiceŽ will be on site at Star Wars Celebration IV to fulfill postal and mailing needs for fans at the show.

Hours and locations:
Outside: Tent located outside the Los Angeles Convention Center, West Hall entrance will provide Star Wars stamps, philatelic and retail products plus First Day of Issue cancellations. Hours are Friday, May 25 - 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday, May 26 and Sunday, May 27 - 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Monday, May 28, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Inside: West Hall -- a full-service pack and ship operation is located outside the Star Wars store in the West Hall. Hours are Thursday, May 24 - Noon until Monday, May 28 at 4 p.m. This is a 24-hour packing and shipping operation for the duration of Star Wars Celebration IV. Star Wars stamps also available.

Inside: South Hall -- inside the Fan Fair Hall in the South Hall exhibit area, there is a retail and cancellation area plus a full-service pack and ship operation. There will also be a fan area for photos with the new stamps starting on Saturday morning. Hours are Thursday, May 24 - Noon to 8 p.m. (Star Wars stamps NOT available until Friday); Friday, May 25 through Sunday, May 27 - 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Monday, May 28 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All stamps, philatelic products, retail products, packing and shipping will be available.

At the West and South Hall locations, USPS will have packing and mailing materials for use including boxes in different sizes, bubble wrap for collectibles, markers, scissors and tape. Helpful sales associates will help with packing and expedite checkout. Come and let the Post Office help you with all your mailing needs.

USPS will have Express Mail, Priority Mail, and First Class Mail. At the West Hall location, Star Wars stamps will be available for you 24 hours a day beginning Friday, May 25.

Celebration Costume Pageant Update
A limited number of spaces are still available in both the Friday and Sunday Costume Pageants. Please email the Costume Contest Coordinator (annekbrown@sbcglobal.net) no later than Noon on Monday, May 21, or visit the Information Booth in the South Tower Lobby for information, availability, and entry forms.
