Code 3 Presents Luke's X-wing
December 02, 2003

[ Code 3 Presents Luke's X-wing ]Code 3 Collectibles, producers of high-end die-cast models, is proud to release Luke Skywalker's X-wing Starfighter. Replicated after the models used in the filming of Episode IV: A New Hope, the starship is exquisitely detailed with seven movable parts, including adjustable wings to allow for display in attack mode or flight mode. The authentic replica is also equipped with a removable R2-D2 unit and removable panels that expose the cockpit, hyperdrive and sublight engine.

The second in a series of Star Wars spaceships and vehicles that debuted with the Millennium Falcon, the X-wing has "Red Five" markings, weighs four pounds (over ten pounds with base), and at 1/38 scale the overall dimensions measure 13 x 11.5". The impressively packed shipment includes a Rebel Alliance patch, Panel Storage box, a specially made display base and Certificate of Authenticity.

Orders and shipping are now taking place in time for the holidays. Quantity is limited to 5,000. A limited edition Signature Version is also available, replete with special plaque in the left hand corner of the base signed by Mark Hamill, and a free acrylic cover to protect the model. Quantity is limited to 1,000. Purchase and view both versions in 3D at the official Code 3 web site here.
